Mini Cooler System

The EXAIR Mini Cooler is a compact and efficient cooling system designed to prevent heat build-up in various industrial applications. It produces a stream of cold air at 20°F (-7°C) to prevent burning, melting, and heat-related breakage. The system operates quietly at 76 dBA, making it suitable for environments where noise is a concern. It has no moving parts, which means less maintenance and longer life. The Mini Cooler is available with one or two cold outlets and can be used for high-speed operations like drilling, grinding, and other tasks where heat is an issue. It incorporates a vortex tube to convert compressed air into cold air and is easy to mount in tight locations.

How the Mini Cooler Works

The Mini Cooler incorporates a vortex tube to convert a small amount of compressed air into two low pressure streams, one moving within the other in opposite directions. The two airstreams exchange heat, producing cold air from one end of the tube and hot air from the other. A flexible hose directs the cold airstream at the surface to be cooled.
