Soft Grip Safety Air Gun with Nozzle

The EXAIR Soft Grip Safety Air Gun is designed for prolonged use without causing fatigue, thanks to its ergonomic shape that keeps the hand comfortable and its large trigger, which can be operated with one or more fingers. Crafted from durable cast aluminum, it is well-suited for tough industrial environments and includes a handy hanger hook for easy storage. Equipped with EXAIR-engineered nozzles, this air gun conserves compressed air, complies with OSHA pressure standard 1910.242(b), and reduces noise levels to stay within OSHA standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a) limits.

Durable cast aluminum with soft plastic grip.

Nozzle Options

Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).

Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles are good for general purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).

PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection from product scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C)

Add an Extension Pipe or Stay Set Hose to your Soft Grip Safety Air Gun.

Here's how:

1. Choose an EXAIR Soft Grip Safety Air Gun.

Model 1210

2. To add an Aluminum Extension Pipe, create the model number by adding a dash and number of the appropriate extension length after the model of the Soft Grip Safety Air Gun. (See table) The Model 1210 Soft Grip Safety Air Gun with a 12" (305mm) Aluminum Extension Pipe is a Model 1210-12.

3. To add a Stay Set Hose, create the model number by adding a dash and number of the appropriate Stay Set Hose after the model of the Soft Grip Safety Air Gun. (See table ) The Model 1210 Safety Air Gun with a 12" (305mm) Stay Set Hose is a Model 1210-12.

extends the reach of your Soft Grip Safety Air Gun. 1/8 NPT Extension Pipes are available in 6" (152mm) to 72" (1829mm) lengths.

Coiled Hose with Swivel -

Heavy duty compressed air hose that's coiled to conveniently store it when not in use. Available in 12' (3.7m) lengths. Use Model 900750 Coiled Hose for VariBlast Compact Safety Air Guns.

Chip Shields -

durable polycarbonate shields that protect operators from flying debris often associated with blowing chips off machined parts. They are also great for controlling splashback from drying operations.
