Membrane vacuum mini pump
These membrane-type mini pumps are compact and versatile devices designed for use as both vacuum pumps and compressors. Operating oil-free, they deliver compressed air at pressures up to 2 bar. Constructed with a corrosion-resistant plastic pump body, featuring fittings at suction and blowing ports or optional threaded connections, they include an air-cooled single-phase electric motor (IP 00), a wear-resistant FKM membrane fixed to a connecting rod, and an aluminium support for secure fastening. The connecting rod, equipped with a long-life bearing powered by an eccentric balanced system, ensures durability. Available in single and double-head configurations for series or parallel use, these pumps are silent (≤ 50 dB(A)), vibration-free, and can be installed in any position. Their minimal dimensions and lightweight design make them ideal for portable equipment, while their lubrication-free mechanism ensures maintenance-free operation, suited for discontinuous and non-intensive applications.
Rotary vane vacuum pumps – General description
Working principle
The rotor rotates eccentrically inside a stator and it has grooves in which the vanes move freely and are pushed against the stator inside wall due to the centrifugal force, thus creating as many chambers as the number of vanes. During rotation, the volume of these chambers varies according to their position with respect to the eccentric axis. The chamber volume increase makes the air inside of them expand, thus creating vacuum (suction phase); the volume reduction, on the other hand, generates air compression (exhaust or delivery phase).
The internal design is the same for both rotating compressors and vacuum pumps. We have created two different sucked air conveying principles for our pumps.

Lubrificated rotary vane vacuum pumps, RVP series
This new series of single-stage rotary vane vacuum pumps, featuring oil-bath lubrication with recycling, has been developed using cutting-edge construction techniques and advanced materials to achieve high standards in quality, performance, durability, and low operating costs. These pumps excel with their high pumping speeds within an absolute pressure range of 850 to 0.5 mbar, extremely low noise output, low operating temperatures, pollution-free operation, and minimal maintenance requirements. Driven by an electric motor coupled with an elastic transmission joint (except for RVP 15), they comply with IEC International Standard 60034 for rotating machines and European directives for Low Voltage (2006/95/EC), Electromagnetic Compatibility (2004/108/EC), RoHS (2011/65/CE), and Machine Directive (2006/42/EC) for CE marking. Except for motors below 0.75 KW, they feature IE3 Premium Efficiency class, protection degree IP 55, nominal voltage tolerance ± 10%, and insulation Class F. Equipped with a centrifuge fan on the pump shaft for effective cooling and an oil recovery tank with microfibre deoiling cartridges, these pumps ensure efficient filtering, silencing, and oil recovery. Standard features include a check valve on the suction line and oil filters (excluding RVP 15 and 21), with a gas ballast valve for high water vapor compatibility (optional for RVP 21). Their robust, compact construction makes them ideal for continuous, heavy-duty use. Optional filters for trapping suctioned impurities and additional gas ballast valves enhance functionality.
Mini pump sets
Mini pump sets are compact, standalone vacuum-producing units designed for efficiency and versatility in various applications. These units feature a small welded sheet steel tank with a perfect vacuum seal, paired with a low-flow rate dry or lubricated rotating vane vacuum pump. They are equipped with a mini digital vacuum switch for vacuum level adjustment, a vacuum gauge for monitoring, and enclosed switchgear for seamless operation. Additional components include a manual valve for vacuum interception and a condensation drainage cock. The preset vacuum level, regulated by the digital vacuum switch, is automatically maintained within the tank. These pump sets can be supplied with single-phase or DC electric motors, making them ideal for both fixed and mobile working units. Applications include trolleys with vacuum cups for glass and crystal transport, vacuum clamping systems for ski maintenance and marble processing, polishing copper, pewter, or silver objects, and hoists with vacuum cups for tasks like lifting televisions, household appliances, installing glass in frames, laying ceramic tiles, or feeding sheet metal into presses. Their reduced size and weight ensure easy portability and adaptability.

Horizontal pump sets
These pump sets, available in various capacities, are designed to deliver reliable and efficient vacuum generation. Each set includes a horizontal welded sheet steel tank with a perfect vacuum seal, paired with a rotary vane vacuum pump selected based on the required suction flow rate and vacuum level. The integrated digital vacuum switch enables precise adjustment and automatic maintenance of the vacuum level, while a vacuum gauge provides direct readings. The switchgear is housed in a special plastic casing for tanks ranging from 25 to 50 liters, and in a watertight metal casing for tanks of 100 liters or more. Additional components include a manual vacuum interception valve and a condensation drainage cock. These pump sets support both continuous and automatic operation and are particularly suited for handling heavy or valuable loads; in the event of an electricity failure, the tank’s capacity allows the vacuum cups to retain grip for a limited time. Ideal for multi-point applications and centralizing vacuum, these pump sets are energy-efficient, with the pump operating only when required by the connected machinery.

Vertical pump sets
These pump sets, available in various capacities, are designed to deliver efficient vacuum generation and reliable performance. Each set features a vertical welded sheet steel tank with an airtight seal, paired with a rotating vane vacuum pump, selected based on the required suction capacity and vacuum degree. The integrated vacuum switch ensures precise adjustment and automatic maintenance of the preset vacuum level, while the vacuum gauge provides real-time readings. Enclosed switchgear is housed in a watertight metal casing for durability, and additional components include a manual valve for vacuum interception and a condensation drainage cock. Supporting both continuous and automatic operation, these pump sets are ideal for interconnecting multiple vacuum-operated machines and for vacuum handlers, ensuring safety by allowing vacuum cups to retain grip during electricity failures for a duration proportional to tank capacity. Energy efficiency is a key advantage, as the pump operates only to restore vacuum in the tank within the preset values, with its activity depending solely on the air volume actually being utilized at the service.
