Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun

EXAIR's Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun is designed to provide exceptional force for demanding industrial applications. Featuring a 3/8 NPT compressed air inlet, it maximizes the flow of air to the Super Air Nozzle, delivering superior force and airflow compared to other air guns. The durable cast curved trigger is ergonomically designed for extended use, ensuring comfort without fatigue. These air guns are equipped with EXAIR-engineered nozzles that optimize compressed air usage, comply with OSHA pressure standard and minimize noise exposure to stay within OSHA limits.

Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun Body

Durable cast aluminum with ergonomic rubber grip.

Nozzle Options

Type 316 stainless steel nozzles provide excellent corrosion resistance. Maximum temperature: 1000°F (538°C).

Zinc aluminum alloy nozzles are good for general purpose applications. Maximum temperature: 250°F (121°C).

PEEK thermoplastic nozzles offer protection from product scratches. Offers excellent chemical resistance. Maximum temperature: 320°F (160°C)

Add An Extension Pipe

Add an Extension Pipe to your Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun.

Here's how:

1. Choose an EXAIR Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun.

Example: Model 1310

2. To add an Aluminum Extension Pipe, create the model number by adding a dash and number of the appropriate extension length after the model of the Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun. (See table below)

Example:The Model 1310 Heavy Duty Safety Air Gun with a 12" (305mm) Aluminum Extension Pipe is a Model 1310-12.
