The two-outlet (Model 7960) and four-outlet (Model 7961) Gen4 Power Supplies offer selectable voltage options, allowing you to choose between 115VAC or 230VAC. The modular cable includes electromagnetic shielding to safeguard sensitive electronics from interference and to facilitate easier connections and routing. Additionally, an integrated fuse on the primary side provides protection against voltage spikes. Both Gen4 Power Supplies are UL Component Recognized to US and Canadian Standards, and they are CE and RoHS compliant.

Super Air Knives that are 24 inches or longer need to be supplied with compressed air through multiple inlets on the knife. Air Knife Plumbing Kits help you avoid the hassle of finding the right fittings or using undersized air supply lines. These kits provide appropriately sized compressed air hoses or pipes, and fittings to connect the bottom or end compressed air inlets for optimal performance. For aluminum Super Air Knives, the plumbing kits include a pressure gauge to monitor the pressure at the Super Air Knife, ensuring proper air supply. They also come with nitrile/PVC hoses and brass fittings.

The Model 9060 Universal Air Knife Mounting System ensures secure and precise positioning for any EXAIR Air Knife. This mounting system allows the Air Knife to be adjusted quickly and easily to enhance its effectiveness. Constructed from durable stainless steel, it's suitable for various industrial applications.

For the Gen4 Super Ion Air Knife, top mounting is an option. Bottom mounting is feasible for Gen4 Super Ion Air Knives that are 18 inches (457mm) or longer. In the case of the Gen4 Standard Ion Air Knife, top mounting is possible for any length, while bottom mounting can be done for knives that are 9 inches (229mm) or longer.

This mounting system can be positioned in any direction, offering a maximum extension of 30 inches (762mm). It requires a 1/2-inch diameter hole for mounting, but the bolt can also be threaded directly into a 1/2"-13 tapped hole. Depending on the length of the Air Knife, multiple mounting systems might be necessary: two for Air Knives that are 24 inches (610mm) to 54 inches (1372mm), three for those that are 55 inches (1397mm) to 71 inches (1803mm), four for those that are 72 inches (1829mm) to 95 inches (2413mm), and five for Air Knives that are 96 inches (2438mm) and longer.

Compressed air exhausts through a gap in the Air Knife which is set with a shim. Force and flow may be increased by adding shims.

Shim sets for aluminum Super Air Knives include a .001" (0.03mm) Amber color, .003" (0.08mm) Green color, and .004" (0.10mm) thick Tan color plastic shim. A Red color .002" (0.05mm) thick shim comes installed in the Super Air Knife.

For applications that need a Super Air Knife longer than 108 inches (2743mm), EXAIR offers Coupling Bracket Kits to join two Super Air Knives together. Each kit includes two rigid plates and assembly screws. The bottom plate features a hole to access the bottom compressed air inlets. Additionally, all models come with stainless steel screws.
