Super Ion Air Wipes are available in three different model types:

• Super Ion Air Wipe - includes the Super Ion Air Wipe and 5' (1.52m) armor shielded cable.
• Super Ion Air Wipe Systems - include a Super Ion Air Wipe and Model 7960 Power Supply (115 VAC/230 VAC, 50/60Hz).
• Super Ion Air Wipe Kits - include a Super Ion Air Wipe, Model 7960 Power Supply, shim set, filter separator and pressure regulator (with coupler).

The two-outlet (Model 7960) and four-outlet (Model 7961) Gen4 Power Supplies offer selectable voltage options, allowing you to choose between 115VAC or 230VAC. The modular cable includes electromagnetic shielding to safeguard sensitive electronics from interference and to facilitate easier connections and routing. Additionally, an integrated fuse on the primary side provides protection against voltage spikes. Both Gen4 Power Supplies are UL Component Recognized to US and Canadian Standards, and they are CE and RoHS compliant.

The Super Ion Air Wipe operates by exhausting compressed air through a gap set with a shim positioned between the cap and the body. It comes with a pre-installed .002" (0.05mm) thick stainless steel shim, which is suitable for most applications. To increase force and airflow, additional shims can be added to widen the gap. This results in higher velocity and more impactful force, albeit with slightly increased air consumption and noise. The Super Ion Air Wipe shim sets, which include two .002" (0.05mm) stainless steel shims that can be stacked, are included with all kits and are also available for purchase separately.
