Internal Mix Wide Angle Round Pattern Air Atomizing Nozzle

EXAIR's internal mix wide angle round pattern atomizing nozzles (available in 1/8 FNPT, 1/4 FNPT, and 1/2 FNPT sizes) are designed to effectively cover broad areas. These nozzles offer adjustable spray patterns, ranging from a fine mist to a heavy soaking spray. They are commonly used for dust suppression, humidification, and cooling of products, people, or livestock over large areas. Additionally, these nozzles are ideal for applying coatings to parts in large containers, such as misting stamped steel parts with oil to prevent oxidation during shipment. They are well-suited for pressure-fed applications where independent air and liquid control is not required.

Liquid Atomizing Spray Nozzle Materials

Type 303 Stainless Steel - All of EXAIR's Liquid Atomizing Nozzles are constructed with Type 303 stainless steel, which can resist high temperatures and corrosive environments. They are designed for environments with a maximum operating temperature of 800°F (426°C).

Accessories

Mounting Brackets: available for 1/8 FNPT, 1/4 FNPT and 1/2 FNPT models. Provides a secure mount for EXAIR's Atomizing Nozzles. Constructed of Type 301 stainless steel.
