EXAIR’s 1/8 NPT HollowStream™ Cone Nozzles are designed with a circular ring spray pattern, making them one of the most widely used types of spray nozzles. Hollow cone spray nozzles are ideal for applications that require less liquid than their full cone counterparts, such as cooling, cleaning, washing, rinsing, and dust suppression. The vaneless design of these nozzles ensures wide open internal features that resist clogging, making them suitable for use with liquids containing particulates. They produce a uniform distribution in a hollow cone ring pattern.

The right-angle design of the HollowStream™ Cone Nozzles is compact and can operate at liquid pressures of up to 250 PSI. These nozzles are commonly used with liquids such as water, rinse aids, and detergents, and they are also effective with chemicals, pesticides, and herbicides. The liquid flow rate can be adjusted by varying the liquid pressure.
